Just because Buakaw was a K-1 Max 2 times champion doesn’t mean that the Japanese producers behind K-1 likes him a lot and they have changed the rules several times to take away the “main weapons” from the Muay Thai fighers – so it was a surprise that Buakaw didn’t participate in K-1 Max 2010, but not really a big surprise. Not said that I’m not VERY disappointed by K-1 Max!

And by Buakaw Por. Pramuk winning the famous Shoot Boxing World Tournament 2010 he certainly showed the world and the K-1 producers who’s the real champion and who’s missing in K-1 Max!

GRATZ from Denmark!

Check the 2 links below for some of Buakaws  Shoot Boxing World Tournament 2010.

Buakaw Por. Pramuk vs. Toby Imada, Final

Buakaw Por. Pramuk vs. Henri van Opstal, Semi final
Trying to find it

Buakaw Por. Pramuk vs. Hiroki Shishido, Quarter

Isn’t it just amazing how Buakaw is controlling the fights?
I love the style!

Tomorrow its gonna be interesting and I will be very close to YouTube, because my favorite K-1 MAX fighter Buakaw Por. Pramuk will be fighting Dutch fighter Nieky “The Natural” Holtzken, who Buakaw already beat one time back in June 2007.
The fight is part of the K-1 WORLD MAX 2009 tournament and the winner (who willl of course be Buakaw!) will advance to the semi finals and finals in October 2009.
GO Buakaw!

Danish Kyokushin Karate fighter Nicholas Pettas will be fighting again in the K-1 – and this time at the K-1 WORLD GP 2008 IN HAWAII on August 9th.
It great to see that Nicholas is now fighting on a regular basis instead of making movies – and its especially good to see that he’s now fit for fight and fully recovered after 2 serious injuries – He’s last fight and win was by KO, so I’m looking forward to see him fight in Hawaii at the K-1!
Good luck Nicolas!

Crocops next match has been announced and it’s not an ‘easy’ opponent this time – this time on June 16th its the great French fighter Lebanner, so its time for a rematch, but hopefully with the same outcome as last time they met. Crocop meet LeBanner in his first K-1 fight and Crocop went out as the winner.
I like watching both Crocop and LeBanner, because they’re great fighters, but I do hope that Crocop will be the winner again.

Crocop rules!

YouTube is a great place for all the best clips of Crocop fights – and a lots of background!
And a great win like the one over Remy Bonjasky
